I work the team at my Amish Growers Farm. We produce over 8000 pound in less than an acre. All we grow is Pennsylvania Certified Organic garlic.

We till 300 foot rows with a team of horses in several plots that make up an acre over all. I'm always looking for more growers that are Certified Organic.

We plant all the garlic by hand. We produce 1000 pounds comprised of 8 different varieties to produce about 8000 pounds.
